WORK by talented young photographers is adorning the walls of meeting rooms in the The Apex, in Bury St Edmunds, after winners of a music photography competition were announced.

Students at West Suffolk College were invited to enter photographs with a music theme with their work being judged by award-winning photographer Andy Willsher, Tony Doherty, Apex director, Cllr Sara Mildmay-White, St Edmundsbury cabinet member for community projects, and Nathan Terry, head of photography at West Suffolk College.

The winners were Daniel Cox, Zoe Davis, Matthew Frost and David Hilditch.

Cllr Mildmay-White said: “we are very pleased with the students who worked so hard to create such stunning visuals. It is great to strengthen links with the community by getting involved in these projects and we are delighted with the new artwork.”
