Menta launch club in Bury St Edmunds for people looking to set up a small business

Suffolk enterprise agency MENTA has launched a monthy businesss club in Bury St Edmunds.

It will meet at the Menta Business Centre in Eastern Way and will offer help and advice for anyone considering setting up their own business.

Alex Till, chief executive, said: “Our aim is to support and encourage people to start their own business and become their own boss.”

The club will discuss everything from business planning and marketing to social media, finance, web sites and media relations.

Phil Pethybridge who will host the club on Menta’s behalf, said: “I regularly meet people with great ideas but they are just not sure how to start the journey of making it a reality.

“The Menta Business Club is designed to support great ideas and get people going on their journeys.

“There are no business egos or attitudes, just honest support and guidance.”
