Suffolk Police have named the man who died after an accident on the A14 yesterday morning.
Kenneth Hines, 85, from Collingham in West Yorkshire, died in hospital after the crash which happened when the Toyota Yaris he was in collided with a lorry in a layby on the eastbound carriageway of the A14 at Haughley.
The elderly female driver suffered bruising and has now left hospital.
The layby and one lane of the A14 were closed as police carried out a collision investigation but were later reopened.
