A MAN has been treated for a suspected leg fracture after a collision between a car and a motorbike in Bury St Edmunds.

The ambulance service were alerted to the incident in Parkway near the Elephant and Castle pub at 11.55am today - a rapid response vehicle reached the scene within three minutes.

The injured man, believed to be in his early 20s had suffered suspected fractures to one of his legs.

He was treated by an ambulance crew at the scene and was taken to West Suffolk Hospital for further treatment.
