A MAN accused of shooting two men dead at a travellers site has denied two charges of murder.
Christopher Line, 28, of Willow Park, Beck Row, is accused of killing David Castell, 29, and Shane Hill, 20, both from Southend, at Willow Park on March 15 last year.
Post-mortem results showed the two men died from gubshot wounds and one of the bodies was found in a burned out car.
Line, a landscape gardener, pleaded not guilty to the murders when he appeared at Southwark Crown Court last Friday.
The case had been moved from Ipswich Crown Court.
Mr Justice Saunders remanded Line in custody to stand trial at Ipswich Crown Court on June13.
