Young people enjoy career event at The Apex in Bury St Edmunds

More than 2,000 young people were expected at the event which showcased education, training and employment opportunities.

Entering Employment at 16 and Beyond was organised by Suffolk Education Business Partnership with West Suffolk College and the Western Area Schools Partnership.

The college also offered Have a Go sessions where young people could enjoy a hands on sessions on some of the vocational courses the college is offering.

Businesses, training providers, volunteer orgganisations, gap year organisations and business start up organisations were invited to attend the event.
