Filter’s production of Twelfth Night resembles Shakespeare, but with giant red noses, takeaway pizza and cans of Special Brew.

The madness of love and the confusion of infatuation are expressed through a riot of music and madness in this innovative, exciting production.

It is unlikely you will have seen Shakespeare performed like this. But don’t let that put you off this is an original and hugely entertaining performance.

The bard’s verse is retained, although somewhat abridged, and presented in a hugely accessible and frequently hilarious manner that invites the audience into the drama.

Twelfth Night will be performed at Bury St Edmunds Theatre Royal until March 22.
