Pupils learnt to shoot arrows and dance in the style of a Tudor on Monday when Lakenheath Primary School was transported back to the sixteenth century.

Students learnt the crafts and skills of the period before enjoying a banquet accompanied by performances of Tudor plays.

Deputy headteacher, Wendy Shewry, said the pupils had really enjoyed the day, which had provided an insight into what Tudor life was like.
