A beauty business which opened on Stowmarket just three years ago, has expanded with the opening of a second salon.
Leesa Evans has opened Lush Beauty Therapies in Great Finborough.
The move has already created two new jobs, while Leesa hopes to further expand the business in the future.
“I first started Lush as a mobile business in Buxhall seven years ago. “We opened in Stowmarket three years ago.
“It has been good for us but it has reached its capacity so it was time for me to branch out to something new.
“We have been open for five weeks now. It is early days but there certainly has been a lot of interest,” said Leesa.
The salon at Lime Tree House in High Road, is open six days a week. Leesa is currently running a raffle with various treatments among the prizes. It will be drawn on December 1.
Leesa says the success of the business is down to the personal touch, making her clients feel special.
“Considering we opened in a recession, I think we have done really well. We are opening up a second salon in financially difficult times.
“We have got a good personal touch. We don’t have a conveyor belt of staff so we get to know our clients and we make them feel special,” she said.
