The Tuddenham Road was closed between the A11 and Tuddenham village for about six hours while emergency services work at the scene.
A fire crew from Mildenhall attended and released three people from the wreckage at about 9.40am.
Police said the crash involved a Skoda Octavia estate and a Ford Ranger pick-up near the junction with Herringswell Road.
One man was trapped in a car with a broken leg, a toddler suffered face injuries and a woman had back pain. Another person was treated at the scene.
