The Plough in Lakenheath reopened in October and is looking to expand it’s restaurant offering while retaining the pub’s character.
Owner William Huang reopened the business, in Mill Road, which had been closed for about two years.
It incorporates a Chinese restaurant, Wok n Rock, as well as the traditional bar area.
Mr Huang said: “Everything is going very smoothly and I have one of the best teams to help me build the business.
“Now we just want more people here.”
Mr Huang said he was looking to expand the restaurants menu to include Japanese and Thai dishes and has applied for permission to operate a take-away service.
He also wants to retain the ‘pub culture’ and the bar has asked local people to bring in any old pictures they have of the village to be displayed on the walls.
