Walkers are urged to put their best foot forward for an 18-mile trek from Bury St Edmunds to Clare in aid of St Nicholas Hospice Care.

The challenge on Sunday May 18 is part of the annual Suffolk Walking Festival and has been organised by Positive Steps Fitness and Wellbeing, of Bury.

Taking in the picturesque views through villages including Hawstead, Whepstead and Somerton, the walk starts at 9am at Nowton Park and will arrive at Clare Castle no later than 5pm.
