Students at County Upper School enjoyed an afternoon skating party at Curve Motion after winning an entrepreneurial challenge to raise the most they could from £3 in a week.

Thirty one tutor groups at the school, in Bury St Edmunds, ran activities from nail painting to a lunch time cinema with class 10L triumphing with £112.50.

Curve Motion sponsored the event and the money raised goes into the school’s end of term charity pot.

The activity, organised by Claire Coxall, head of business studies and Sharon Houlton, post-16 wider opportunities co-ordinator, formed part of Global Entrepreneurship Week.
