Police have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to after a purse was stolen in Bury St Edmunds.

The incident occurred at a pet shop in Bedingfield Way around 10am on Friday February 28.

The victim left her purse on the counter beside the till, where it was stolen.

Police would like to speak to the man shown in the CCTV images about the incident.

He is described as white, around 6ft tall, of medium build, with dark curly hair.

He was dressed smartly in grey trousers and a purple jumper.
