Residents in Bury St Edmunds are being warned to lock their doors and close windows at night following five more burglaries in the town.

Police have recorded eight burglaries in Bury since the start of July, all of which have involved insecure doors or windows.

The five latest crimes took place between Monday and Tuesday at properties in Felton Walk, Victoria Street, Newmarket Road and Anderson Walk.
