A man in his sixties has been rushed to hospital after a two-vehicle collision in Norton this afternoon.
The incident, on the A1088, happened at around 2.45pm involving a gold Jeep and a silver Mercedes
Fire crews stepped in to help free the man from the Mercedes by cutting the roof off.
The man was then treated by a volunteer doctor from the Suffolk Accident Rescue Service Charity and paramedics from the East of England Ambulance Service.
The man was rushed to West Suffolk Hospital by land ambulance with what are thought to be serious injuries.
