A 60-year-old man facing charges of gross indecency and indecent assault in a Suffolk village has appeared in court.
It is alleged that Simon Warr, of Great West Road, Hounslow, committed five of the offences in Great Finborough between 1979 and 1984.
He faces three charges of gross indecency with a boy under the age of 14 and two charges of indecent assault on a boy under the age of 16.
Two more offences are alleged to have been committed in Holbrook from 1989 to 1994.
These include one offence of gross indecency with a boy under the age of 14 and one offence of indecent assault on a boy under the age of 16.
Today Warr appeared at Ipswich Crown Court for a preliminary hearing.
Judge Rupert Overbury told Warr that he would continue to be granted conditional bail until he returns to court on January 24 for a plea and case management hearing.
