An inquest has opened to examine the death of a Lakenheath man who died in a road collision last week.
An inquest will open this afternoon to examine the death of a Lakenheath man who died in a road collision last week.
Dean Edward Humberstone, 43, died at the scene of a road traffic collision in Feltwell Road, Southery, on January 29.
The collision involving a Nissan van and a Toyota truck happened at about 6.45am.
The inquest was adjourned.
Police have said a 55-year-old man from the Thetford area was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following the collision. He has since been released on bail.
Police want to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or saw the manner in which the two vehicles were being driven beforehand. Officers also want to hear from anyone who may have seen any debris in the road prior to the collision.
