The family of a man who died in a road traffic collision in Santon Downham on Friday have said ‘he will be deeply missed by all’.

Jonathan Wojtasz, 28, of Brandon, died following the incident on the B1107 involving a blue Fiesta Ghia at about 1.30pm.

His family has said: “Jon was loved by his family and many friends.

“We thank everyone for their kind words and support after losing our youngest son so suddenly. He will be deeply missed by all.”

The road was closed on Friday while emergency services carried out an investigation into the collision.

No other vehicle is believed to have been involved.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who believes they may have witnessed the incident or seen the Fiesta before the collision.

Witnesses are asked to contact PC Jason Lambourne at the Serious Collision Investigation Team (SCIT) on 101.
