Can they fix it? Homebase, in Bury St Edmunds, can following a major refit.
After its revamp, the store, in Easlea Road, was officially re-opened by long serving colleagues Sue Law, Clare Petit, Tracie Lyon and Karen Robinson, who have more than 90 years of service between them.
Bob the Builder also made an appearance as part of the celebrations which included face painting for youngsters.
The refit includes a new decorating centre, a new mini Habitat store and its garden centre is now laid out into three distinct zones.
Staff have been equipped with tablet devices and headsets to help communication and customer service.
The shop was due to donate £500 to St Nicholas Hospice Care and the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal to mark the reopening of the store.
