A charity set up in memory of a Lavenham woman is holding its first event to showcase the young business people it supports.
Good Story was set up in 2013 by Malcolm and Nicky McAllister in memory of Nicky’s daughter, Mimi Watts. Mimi, 26, died in a snowboarding accident in 2012 when she was launching a clothing business.
The charity now supports creative people aged 18 to 30 with business mentoring and funding.
It will hold a seminar and networking event for young entrepreneurs on Saturday April 26 at The Highwaymans Gallery, Risby, followed on the Sunday by a public event from 10am to 4pm where you can buy everything from smoothies to surf board covers from the young business people.
