Pupils from the Bury Schools Partnership performed a miscellany of words, music and dance in tribute to those who fought in World War One.
The entertaining and moving collaboration Postcards from the Front at St Edmundsbury Cathedral showcased a wealth of skills.
It followed research by students at King Edward VI School on those who served in the conflict.
They visited the Suffolk Regiment Museum, in Bury St Edmunds, as part of their work.
Meanwhile, deputy headboy Sammy Hepper provided a diary written by his great-great-great grandfather who was captain of the West Yorks Regiment.
Head Geoff Barton said the work had brought home the ‘human dimension which doesn’t really come through in the statistics’ of those involved in the war.
