The cost of car parking at Waitrose, in Bury St Edmunds, has gone up from today.
Store customers continue to be able to park for up to two hours for free, but to do so must spend more in store - £5 instead of £3 for one hour and £20 instead of £10 for two hours.
Three hours free parking is no longer possible.
General car park users will now pay £3 - up from £1 - for up to one hour, £5 for up to two hours - an increase of £2 - and £25 for more than two hours.
Carl Boggis, Duty Manager at Waitrose, said: “To ensure spaces are available, our car park’s conditions have been amended, but it is still free for customers to shop and park at Waitrose for up to two hours.”
