Work is well underway on a new building on the main Bury St Edmunds campus of West Suffolk College.
A further education building is being constructed on a site alongside the college’s main car park. The £7.5 million project is fully funded by college reserves and loan funding.
The main entrance to the college has been completely redesigned to lead visitors to a reception area in the new building which will provide a new gateway to the college, including complete remodelling of the frontage on Out Risbygate.
The new building will also house student services facilities, additional recreational space and more than 20 new classrooms and staff rooms.
