TV landscaper and gardener Tommy Walsh has officially opened the new Bury St Edmunds branch of national safety equipment supplier Arco.
The branch has relocated to a new site, in Bunting Road, with 18 per cent more retail space than its previous store in Easlea Road.
It will offer a wide selection of the latest safety gear from hard hats to workwear, footwear and gloves.
Clive Barstow, head of trade counters, said: “Arco’s commitment to the Bury St Edmunds region is as deep as ever and with this relocation to a bigger and better store, we are confident that we will be able to offer our customers, both new and established, the best possible selection of products with independent, expert advice on how to keep safe whatever their business.”
At the opening, BBC Groundforce landscaper Tommy Walsh – an ambassador for Workforce socks, stocked at Arco – launched a week-long course of events.
