Police are linking five acts of vandalism that did an estimated £10,000 worth of damage to vehicles in Bury St Edmunds.
Four of the attacks took place overnight between Saturday March 15 and Sunday March 16. The damage included a corrosive substance being thrown over some vehicles plus scratches to the paintwork and punctured tyres.
A Mercedes SLK 230, Ford Focus and an Alfa Romeo Brera were targeted by vandals in Northgate Street, along with a Volkswagen Passat in Cannon Street.
Police are linking those to an incident between 11pm Friday March 14 and 10am Monday March 17 on Angel Hill, where a Nissan Navara pick-up had its paintwork scratched.
