Sign has been wrong way round for weeks

St Andrew's Street South

St Andrew's Street South

I notice that the sign at the junction of St Andrew’s Street South and Woolhall Street warning that the road is for buses and taxis only has been turned the wrong way round since several weeks before Christmas.

The police would find it hard to prosecute any wrongdoers from driving through.

Why cannot we have a pedestrian crossing or are our council waiting for the very badly constructed road to completely break up, therfore stopping all traffic from using it.
