FOSTERS solicitors which is marking 250 years in business, has announced changes to its management structure.

The firm with 120 staff across eight offices including Bury St Edmunds and Thetford, has appointed an executive committee.

The committee’s executive directors, chief executive Chris Brown, Lucy Simpson and Andrea Spooner, have all have been with Fosters since the mid 1990’s. They will retain their respective roles of head of crime and defence; joint head of family law, and practice director.

“Clients tell us they are more comfortable dealing with a legal practice which has a familiar commercial structure,” said Mr Brown.

“As Fosters continues to grow the Executive Committee can set about delivering a modern, forward thinking legal practice, putting clients at the heart of the decisions.”
