Woman remains in hospital following collision with lorry
A woman remains in hospital after her car collided with a lorry in foggy conditions on Tuesday.
She is receiving treatment in Addenbrooke’s Hospital for two broken vertebrae.
The vehicles collided in Station Road, Lakenheath, at about 5am.
The impact sent the woman’s red Vauxhall Vectra through a fence and into a field.
Forest Heath Police have warned people to slow down and use lights when driving in foggy conditions.
