Two candidates are standing for a vacant town council seat
Two candidates have been nominated for an upcoming town council election.
Conservative candidate Robert Everitt and Labour candidate Tom Stebbing are standing for the Bury St Edmunds Town Council’s Abbeygate Ward seat.
A poll will be taken on January 17, between 7am and 10pm.
The vacancy came about due to the non-attendance of former town councillor Richard Rout.
