Tribute to jazz fan Alan

A jazz celebration in memory of Alan Crumpton is being staged at The California Club, Foxhall Road, Ipswich, on Sunday.

Alan was a long-standing journalist, working at the Bury Free Press and Suffolk Free Press, and it was his love of jazz which endeared him to many.

He died suddenly last Christmas.

Sunday's concert features the Roger Odell Band with Larraine Odell plus special guest Allison Neale.

Tickets are 10 with proceeds going to charity including Diabetes UK and are available from Ipswich Jazz Club at info@ipswichjazzclub.co.uk
