Town judging for bloom competition
Anglia in Bloom judges will be casting their eye over Stowmarket on July 22 when they tour the town to see whether it is worthy of success.
This is the first time the town has entered the competition for more than a decade and people have been hard at work to enhance and improve the town, including floral displays, recycling and wildlife initiatives.
Jackie Regan, the town's promotional officer, said: "The people of Stowmarket are proud of their community and success in Anglia in Bloom would be the icing on the cake."
