Town council given free car park land

Breckland Council has handed over a piece of land worth £1,500 to Thetford Town Council as part of town centre improvements.

The land in St Giles Lane Car Park has been transferred as part of the Kings Street Enhancement Scheme.

The town council will pay the fees for the handover and the transfer will take place as soon as possible.
