Three homes burgled in Thetford

Homeowners are being urged to stay on their toes after burglars struck three times over the weekend.

The thieves hit properties in Thetford between midday on Thursday and 9.45pm on Sunday.

In most cases, jewellery and cash were stolen, with Christmas presents being left alone in one home.

The homes burgled were in Ely Way, Coriander Drive and Pennycress Drive with items including a chequebook, bankcard, moneybox, Playstation 3 and a pair of gold earrings being stolen.
