Success for Tuddenham Mill

TUDDENHAM Mill has been named as one of the top 50 restaurants in the UK by the Good Food Guide 2013.

The restaurant, in High Street, Tuddenham, was the only one in Suffolk to be included in the list.

Head chef Paul Foster said: “I am over the moon that we are in the top 50 in the UK, it is flattering to be amongst some of the top names in the country. It shows how consistent the team has been.

“From now we carry on as normal and keep pushing forward and striving to be better.”

The Good Food Guide grades the best restaurants in the UK between one and 10.

Tuddenham Mill scored six, which indicates ‘exemplary cooking skills, innovative ideas, impeccable ingredients and an element of excitement’.

The guide also compliments the restaurant for its ‘mesmerising skills in a seductive setting’ stating that ‘it’s hard not to be seduced by Tuddenham Mill from the word go’.

It has been a successful year for the restaurant which was also placed in the top 50 restaurants outside London by the Square Meal guide.
