Start date for Red Lodge village centre

A date has been set for work to start on the long-awaited village centre in Red Lodge’s Kings warren development.

Construction of the village centre, which will include six units, has been delayed several times.

A spokesperson for developers, Crest Nicholson,said: “Interest in the commercial units in the new Village Centre at Kings Warren has been extremely strong, with two leases signed already; a pharmacy and a lettings agent will be amongst the first to take residence in the Village Centre.

“The construction schedule of the Village Centre has now been finalised and building is due to start on site at the end of February.”
