RAF service
ST EDMUNDSBURY Cathedral is to celebrate the return of two RAF Squadron standards in a special service of Evensong.
The standards were previously hung in the cathedral after they were laid up in 1984 and were taken down when the Millennium Tower Project required the wall on which they hung to be demolished.
The service will take place at 5.30pm on September 4 and will be attended by members of two Squadrons, IX(B) and 16(R).
