More than 60 pupils gave an ‘electric’ performance when they joined thousands of other children in a concert at London’s O2 arena.

Key Stage Two children at Ickworth Park Primary, in Horringer, hit the high notes with songs such as Let It Be and Electricty at the event, which was organised by the Young Voices Foundation charity and featured 7,000 pupils from schools across the country.

Deputy head Amanda Sledge said: “The atmosphere at the O2 was absolutely incredible and just electric”
