Primary school celebrates Ofsted success
Stonham Aspal CEVA Primary School have received a 'Good' Ofsted rating
Staff and pupils at Stonham Aspal CEVA Primary School are celebrating the school receiving a ‘good’ Ofsted rating. Headteacher Paul Hesketh said everyone involved with the school had worked tirelessly so the children could achieve their very best. He said: “I am very privileged to be part of this wonderful school.”
Ofsted inspectors, who visited the school on January 15-16, rated the school ‘good’ in all areas reporting that ‘pupils behave well, and attend frequently’ and that pupils ‘feel safe whilst at school’.
They also said ‘pupils’ progress is tracked meticulously’ and that ‘those making slower progress than their classmates are helped to keep up’.
Headteacher Paul Hesketh said: “I am delighted for all those connected with the school.
“Everyone has worked tirelessly to make sure that all children can achieve their very best when they attend this school.
“We are very pleased with our assessment results throughout the school and now the status of the school is confirmed with a very positive result from the Ofsted inspection.
“I am very privileged to be part of this wonderful school.”
