Police appeal for witnesses to assault on 11-year-old in Bury
Police are asking the witness of an assault on an 11-year-old boy to come forward.
The boy was pushed to the ground on West Road in Bury St Edmunds at around 4pm on Friday by a youth aged 14 or 15.
A man, possibly driving a blue or grey Ford Feista, got out of his car to help the victim as the suspect fled.
Police would like to speak to the man who could have important information about the incident.
The suspect is described as 5ft 2in, average build and slightly spotty. He has brown hair with a fringe brushed across his face.
