Police advise motorists to take care with further rain expected

Suffolk Police have advised motorists to take extra care as rain continues to fall and water levels rise across the county.

Rain is expected to continue tonight through to Sunday and roads across the county are affected by standing water.

Police have advised motorists to allow extra time for their journey, slow down and not attempt to drive through flooded roads.

The Met Office has warned that rainfall could turn to snow and sleet tonight.
