This week’s photograph was sent in by reader Karen Cannard, having been snapped in around 2004.

It shows Abbots Green Community Primary School, in Airfield Road, on Moreton Hall, in the early stages of its build.

Mrs Cannard, who lives on Moreton Hall, was inspired to send in the picture after a recent appeal pupils at the school made asking residents past and present to provide them with pictures and information about the estate and its development for a project they are working on.
