Paul’s kitchen makes AA grade
Tuddenham Mill Head Chef Paul Foster has won a coverted Acorn Award - a prize for top young talent in hospitality. Past winners have been Marco-Pierre White, Marcus Wareing and Michael Caines.
AN AWARD-winning hotel and restaurant has continued its success after being given a reviewer’s top award.
Tuddenham Mill has been awarded three AA Rosettes and was one of only seven UK restaurants to be awarded a higher AA Rosette.
Paul Foster, head chef, said: “This is a fantastic honour for us and really pays tribute to all the hard work myself and the team at Tuddenham Mill have put in.
“To be recognised in this way by the AA and alongside such eminent establishments is a real privilege.”
The award follows recognition from The Good Food Guide, Acorn and the Observer Food Monthly for the restaurant and hotel.
Tuddenham Mill is one of only two restaurants in Suffolk to hold three AA Rosettes.
