The Bury St Edmunds office of Martin & Co, the UK’s award-winning lettings and property management agency, was shortlisted for a national award this month.

The awards ceremony for Martin & Co’s annual conference took place in Northamptonshire on November 17, where the Bury office was among finalists for an award which recognises ‘best customer service’.

It celebrates the passion for results, which Bury agent and franchise owner John Rushman has been successful in delivering.

Managing director Ian Wilson said John had achieved superb results in developing their business and ‘embraced everything that Martin & Co stood for – integrity, professionalism and straight-talking, good advice’. He said: “Landlords and tenants alike clearly know where they stand and I have been really impressed with the positive feedback I have received.

John said: “Being shortlisted is a real honour and a tribute to the hard work, dedication and passion of my staff. It also follows close on the heels of Martin & Co winning the ‘best large letting chain’ category at the ESTAS this year.”

“Such success can only help our business further and give much needed confidence to our clients in this largely unregulated industry in which the right choice of letting agency is of paramount importance.”
