Norfolk County Council leader elected
Bill Borrett has been installed as Leader of Norfolk County Council.
Cllr Borrett was elected to the post at a meeting this morning, having been confirmed as leader of the council’s Conservative group on Friday.
He replaces Derrick Murphy, who resigned earlier this month. Cllr Borrett was previously Mr Murphy’s deputy.
