Man critical after car crashes into back of lorry at Haughley
A man is in a critical condition at West Suffolk Hospital after an accident on the A14 at Haughley.
The silver Vauxhall Insignia went into the back of a lorry parked in a layby.
A police spokesman said the man, who had serious head injuries was treated by ambulance paramedics and a Suffolk Accident Rescue Service (SARS) doctor.
He was taken to hospital where his condition is described as critical.
