Long-standing family firm to make move into sales after rental success

Beatrice Carter Property has announced the launch of Beatrice Carter Property Sales Limited on February 15.

Beatrice Carter was founded by Carol Jaggard and her daughter Helen following in the footsteps of their grandmother after Carol retired from Eastern Electricity in 1994.

The business is still run by family members and they have found success in letting property to the US Military for many years.

Carol said demand had left to the move to sales.

She said: “It’s now time to expand the business further and property sales is something I have wanted to do for a very long time. “The market is changing and I feel we are now ready to make those changes. “Property rentals are very close to my heart and I would now like to use my experience and expertise from this side of the business to become successful in property sales.”

Sales will be undertaken by a small but effective team, many of whom are family members and will offer a personal, open and honest service, according to Carol.

“The team will offer support and guidance every step of the way and our aim is to offer an excellent customer experience.

“We have teamed up with local businesses who will offer customers discounts on their products to help ease the cost and stress of purchasing their new home,” she said.

The firm will also be working with NKT Financial Services, who are fully Independent Financial Advisors, to offer our customers the complete financial package.
