Landowners meet on hare coursing

More than 60 farmers have met with police to share their fears over the growing issue of hare coursing.

The Country Land and Business Association held the meeting at the Cedars Hotel in Stowmarket on Wednesday.

The meeting was sparked after a landowner in his 60s was mown down by coursers in Hitcham on November 11.

Police have vowed to crack down on the issue.
