It’s a long way down . . .
Charity bungee jump at the Saxon pub in Weeting, raising money for St Nicholas Hospice Care and the Air Ambulance.
VITAL funds for two charities were raised on Saturday after a group of daredevils took the plunge.
Punters at The Saxon pub, in Weeting, had an unusual spectacle as 16 thrillseekers bungee jumped for St Nicholas Hospice Care and the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
Two of the fund-raisers even took on the vertiginous challenge twice, with others jumping backwards.
Sue Long, St Nicholas Hospice Care fund-raiser, said: “Well done to everyone who took the plunge and raised sponsorship in aid of the hospice.”
