Inn scoops award trio
A REVIVED pub, which only opened in November, has been awarded a hat-trick of gongs.
Elveden Inn has been awarded a five-star AA guest accommodation rating, an AA Dining Award and the Cask Marque Award, all in the last month.
Richard Lawson, manager, said it was ‘fantastic’ to receive the awards in such quick succession.
“An AA five-star rating is the absolute pinnacle, so we are delighted.
“It represents the hard work which has gone into re-opening the inn,” he said.
The Elveden Estate-owned inn is furnished with four boutique style bedrooms and offers a traditional menu.
The Cask Marque award recognises the quality of ale served at the inn.
